Mark Oettinger

On Monday, November 14, 2016, Mark achieved a highly favorable outcome for a client appearing before the Interagency Committee on Administrative Rules.

On Sunday, November 20, 2016, Mark hosted a pro bono legal clinic at the First United Congregational Church in Burlington. The next clinic will take place on Sunday, January 29, 2017.

On Wednesday, November 30, 2016, Mark traveled to Manchester Center, Vermont, for two separate meetings which related to his rapidly growing education law practice.

Rob Backus

Our firm successfully represented a client at a mediation who was improperly served a Relief from Abuse Order by a law enforcement officer. Rob traveled to Kansas to be with our client and participated via video conference.

Rob also represented clients in numerous state and federal court proceedings regarding criminal, domestic, and juvenile cases.
